The policy of charging for transport costs is as follows:

Hellas

For delivery of products with a total value of 50 euros or more, shipping costs are FREE. For delivery of a total value of less than 50 euros, the shipping charge is 5 euros + 2 euros extra, in case of payment by cash on delivery.

There is also the Click Away option

for purchases through the E-shop, only with prepayment by card and collection from our store.

The procedure is as follows:

Place your order electronically by selecting any product you wish.
You choose from the 3 available shipping methods, the one that suits you best.
You proceed with the payment of the order.
A representative will then call you from the place where you have stated that it serves you, to make an appointment for the day and time of your receipt.
For the reception you visit the store, with the payment receipt that you will receive by email.
– Payment for click away orders made from the online store must be made by card in the online store.

COD is valid only by courier delivery. It is not possible to place telephone orders by click away because payment can not be made by credit card by phone.

Other EU countries

For delivery of products with a total value of 150 euros or more, shipping costs are FREE and the transfer is sent only by ELTA.

For delivery with a total value of less than 150 euros, the shipping charge is 18 euros.

We may differentiate the shipping charges that appear in our e-shop, at any time and without prior notice.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 5 working days, after we confirm by email that we have received your order. Those orders that are registered until 12:00 (Greek time), are processed on the same day, while beyond this time they are processed the next day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 (Greek time) and throughout the weekend, are processed on Monday. Delivery times refer to working days. Mondays to Fridays are considered as working days, with the exception of public holidays in Greece and in the respective country of dispatch of the order.

Hellas

The above delivery time of five 5 working days, for the “remote” and “inaccessible” areas, is increased to an additional 1-2 working days.
