koutsodimasjewels.gr accepts payments by card, PayPal (for EU countries outside Greece) and cash on delivery (only for Greece). If you choose to pay by debit/credit card, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The transaction for the approval of the payment is made with the partner, National Bank of Greece, which ensures the security of the transaction, with the most modern and certified encryption systems. In our online store no card or transaction data are stored at all, only the reference to the transaction that took place.

PAYMENT BY INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS

If you choose payment by debit/credit card, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The transaction for payment approval is done with the partner National Bank of Greece (ETE), which ensures the security of the transaction with the most modern and certified encryption systems. In the online store of the company koutsodimasjewels.gr no card or transaction details are stored at all, only the reference to the transaction that took place.

The payment with interest-free installments can only be made with credit cards VISA & MASTER CARD issued by banks based in Greece, and are shown in detail in the following list:

There is the option of issuing a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided that they fill in the following details when placing their order: company name, VAT number, tax office and profession for freelancers. Please check the correctness of your receipt or invoice issue details before completing your order. Shipping

The policy for shipping charges, is as follows:

For delivery of a total value of less than 50 euros, the shipping charge is 5 euros + 2 euros extra, in case of cash on delivery.

The procedure is as follows:

You place your order online by selecting any product you wish from the Regular or Stock collection.
You choose from the 3 available shipping methods, the one that best suits you.
You choose one of the three available options from the list of the most suitable ones.
Then a representative from the location you have indicated is convenient for you will call you to make an appointment for the day and time of your pickup.
For the pickup you visit the store, with the payment receipt you will receive by email.
– Payment for click away orders placed from the online store is mandatory via card in the online store.

– Replacement is only valid via courier delivery. It is not possible to place telephone orders with click away orders because payment by credit card cannot be made by telephone.

– Exchange from your recent purchase from the eshop is only possible with the following procedure :

Note the product (type) and the serial number of the product and the date of purchase.
Describe the problem in detail, preferably in Greek or English.
The returned product should be securely packed (original packaging is preferred).
Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For other EU countries.

For delivery of products with a total value of 100 euros or more, shipping costs are FREE.

For delivery of a total value of less than 100 EUR, the shipping charge is 15 EUR.

We may vary the shipping charges shown in our e-shop at any time and without prior notice.

Koutsodimasjewels.gr does not have access to your banking data, and does not store any information related to your bank or credit card. Therefore, please enter your payment details on every order you place with us.
