We are sure that the quality of our products will satisfy you completely. There is a possibility of returning the products if the product you received is a problematic product or it is not what you ordered. In case any of the above applies, product returns are accepted (at our expense) and we proceed with the replacement with the correct / new products or the refund.

Defective products
In case you receive a defective product (eg damage during transport), contact us at 261 0272041 no later than 2 working days from the date of receipt and we will inform you how to replace it without any charge transport costs.

Suplemmentary order
You can place any additional order keeping in mind that it will be considered a new order and will have the treatment and terms of a new order.

Change / Cancel an order
You can change or cancel your order at no charge if your order is not ready for shipment, by calling the customer service department at: 261 0272041

In case you have prepaid the amount of your order, the entire amount will be refunded to the account of your choice. In case your order has been placed for shipment, no refund will be given and your order will be shipped normally.
